Important Notice

The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) in conjunction with the Georgia Child Support Commission is transitioning to an Excel version of the Georgia Child Support Calculator effective June 2, 2009. The Excel version has been enhanced in order to accommodate the changes in the Child Support Guidelines that will be effective on September 1, 2009. The web-based version of the calculator (guided and unguided) will not contain the enhancements necessary to be in compliance with the new Guidelines and will no longer be available for saving NEW worksheets initiated as of that date. All worksheets saved on or before June 1, 2009 will be available to the public for retrieval, revision and submission to the court.
